Senator Beall has completely ignored cries for help from the men at Coalinga State Hospital!  He has never responded to this June 9, 2016 email, which is shocking considering his career-long advocacy for vulnerable state hospital patients.  

To Senator Beall:  Please go to the Governor and ask that CSH be placed into a "state of emergency"!
